How are DSG Products different?

We put customers first. We know that everyone says that, but we really do, you just need to take a look at any of our category listings to see that we (by default) show you the cheapest option first. Other than that, for a small business, our customer service is exceptional (not a word we use lightly).

How do I pay for a DSG Products order?

All orders get paid through PayPal, but you can pay direct through PayPal or via PayPal with a major debit or credit card (you don’t need a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card).

How much is postage?

If you spend less than £40 we have a low postage and packaging cost of just £4.99 (excl. VAT), spend over £40 and delivery is free.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once we have received your order you will automatically receive a confirmation email, once we have packed it lovingly and it’s on its way, you’ll get another email from us to confirm this.

If you go to “My Account” the order details should available for you to review also.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Just contact us to initiate a return, and we’ll work out the best way to sort it out. It may be that we credit your account but allow you to keep the item or we might arrange a collection – but we’ll find the best solution for both parties.

How do I cancel my order?

Whilst we’d love to help you here, please call us ASAP, we are very quick at picking and packing and if you delay then your goods might be already on their way to you.  If we haven’t confirmed delivery then try cancelling in the “My Account” section or call us.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on DSG Products?

Absolutely. Your online transaction on DSG Products is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. We use 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.

All credit card and debit card payments on DSG Products are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways (PayPal) and we DO NOT have access to your card details at any time.

What is a coupon code?

From time to time DSG products provides discount codes (you can get an instant 5% discount by signing up for our newsletter for example), most coupons are generally time bound. Please check the validity of coupon codes before applying them.

If I receive a wrong product, Defective product, Damaged product can I get it replaced?

Absolutely. We take the utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction, this includes ensuring that the products we sell are fit for purpose. But errors do happen and if you receive a wrong product, defective or damaged product, please raise a replacement request or get in touch with us. You will also have the option to choose a refund for the product.

How long does it take for you to deliver items?

It depends on the item purchased. Most are delivered next working day through our courier, but some smaller items are sent via Royal Mail and this can take 3-5 working days.

Please remember that ordering late on a Friday or a Bank Holiday will delay our dispatch to you. Our courier can only deliver Mon-Fri.

Where do you deliver to?

We can deliver your order to addresses in the UK, but unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to non-UK destinations (such as the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, BFPO addresses and PO boxes) at this time.

Deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and remote locations (such as the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands) may take a bit longer to reach you.
